Our methodology will teach you from Zero to Fluent with fun lessons! We have different levels built for every student.

When can I have my lessons?

We are commonly available from 7am to 9pm Colombia time, Monday through Sunday. But if you have a busy schedule, just let us know and we find the best schedule that suits your needs.

Is this for adults, or kids?

We have lessons for the whole family! We have special methodology and curriculum for both adults and kids.

Where are the teachers located?

Our professional teachers are located in different parts of South America.

Will I receive a certificate?

Each student has an assessment test after the first month, and a certificate will be provided, if requested, according to the student’s current level.

If I want to cancel my plan, will I receive my money back?

We always provide the best quality of service, but if you are not fully satisfied with our services within the first 7 days upon enrollment, you can request your money back and we will issue a 100% refund.

What will I learn?

We handle different type of levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), alongside a variety or content regarding day to day communication. Once you sign up, our professional teachers will guide you from your current level to fluency.

Who will my teacher be?

We work with professional teachers from South America, and we will assign you one that matches best with your interest of topics and schedule availability.

Why are one-on-one lessons more effective than using an app?

Mobile applications can help you understand some vocabulary and basic expressions, but it will not prepare you for the real world conversations, whether in an informal or professional setting.

How do I pay?

Our payment system allows you to use your credit card or debit card. Paypal is also an option.

How does it work?

After you enroll, you will receive a confirmation email with a Calendar link to schedule your class. If applicable to the package that you purchased, you will receive an invitation to create an account for your Student dashboard.
